You told us to have fun watching the progress of your renovation, Chuck, and it is fun! And this way that 100-year old dust won't set off my allegies.
Were there any surprises once you got inside those walls? The houses we've worked on were not so old, more the 35-40 year range, but sometimes people wrote on the studs or put old newspapers inside the walls.

No, no fun surprises that I know of. Just some minor remarks that the guy who owned the house before us didn't really know what he was doing with his renovation work.
